Elias family responded to my online request within 30 minutes, and scheduled a visit to look over what I need done, so far so good, I then received the estimate in a timely manner, but then communication stopped for a few days, until I email them to ask what is next. I got an email back telling me we are waiting to schedule the service date and they will let me know. Two days later, Dale show up to do the work, not advanced notice. The work included trimming and removing a tree, the trimming was okay, but the tree was cut down but the root was left in ground because I was told it seems to be a metal in ground. I call the Elias Family and they told me they will investigate and get back with me with a solution. but that was it. I have yet to hear back. It has been only a few days, so I still have hope that they will find a solution and will call me back. finger crossed

We wanted block type raised beds in our backyard area and recieved exactly what we expected. A good solid wall that we can sit on to garden.
They also provided good quality, clean, composted topsoil and mulch. Once it warmed up it was ready for planting our new perennial garden.
We needed more rock for one area and the owner dropped off a bag personally.
I would recommend highly for their dependability and follow up.
